I ordered a costume October 19th and got my email confirming. Yesterday, Oct 25, I had still not gotten shipping confirmation so I called. On hold an hour and hung up. Called back today.

First, I was told I would PROBABLY have my order by Monday (this, after listening to their canned message while on hold that any orders placed by the 23rd would be arrive by the 30th) I asked, PROBABLY? What about for sure? Then, she told me I should probably go buy another costume just in case. I demanded to know for sure that my 9 year old daughter would have her dark angel costume by Monday.

The rep asked her "boss" and then came back on line to tell me they were out of stock and she was very sorry! HELLO! When was someone going to tell me this? That's right, they weren't.

So, when Monday came and my daughter had no costume for Halloween, it would be so sad too bad. BUYER BEWARE!

I will NEVER NEVER shop here again. Don't send me your magazines!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $76.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have order no problem, their where a delay but I got my items, I'm not understanding why would people stay on hold so long go get a back up just in case. If it's that important for you and your child.
