Order never arrived! Two days now past due

Package is LOST! Both delivery services say they dont have the package.

It was last listed as being transferred to local post office and was scanned at the mail facility in the next town over! It was so close. It shouldve been delivered Saturday, a week before Halloween! This purchase was $118 which is ridiculous for a kids costume, nevertheless the need to rectify this big problem immediately.

In time for Halloween. I need them to ship a new order with rush delivery and WAIVE THE FEE. Overnight or two day ship it. They dont even have a phone number to talk to anyone.

Ive emailed them 5 times but no has responded. What a ridiculous company. How can they operate this way.

Charging expensive as *** prices and then not responding to customers when issues such as this arise. Ive been a long time customer and this is extremely disappointing to say the least

Terrible customer service. No replies, then after 4 unanswered emails, I called and was told someone would call me to return an item that was itchy and gave my daughter a rash. No one called, and I sent another email only to be told no returns. I emailed twice more and no response.

I ordered a costume for my son. Only half of the costume arrived. I called customer service and had to wait 35 minutes to speak to someone. The customer service rep assured me would send me the missing item. I called back 5 days later and another customer service rep told me no action had been taken. The second time I called I was on the phone with four different customer service people who kept transferring me and was on the phone mostly on hold for over an hour

NOT always its the customer service rep fault , i also purchase their as well i never have a problem, just because your a customer that does not give you the wright to speak to people rude give respect you get respect. companies do make error and they can be correct 90% of the time if we listen as consumers. i always get help even if i think the problem cannot be fix...its only clothing either they have it or they dont but give the rep a chance and the company or just dont order period ..i have heard so many stories but i know for a fact customer make it bigger than what it is period

Absolutely horrible customer service

I ordered back to school shoes for my daughter. They were the black patent ballerina flats. According to the catalog, they were adjustable. When she tried them on, they were a little big so I untied the bow to tighten them and the top ripped. I called and talked to someone and explained the issue but it was now Judy a couple of days before school started. They said to use the return label and take them to the post office and as soon as the return was logged in, they would send out another pair expedited shipping and I’d have them in 2 days. So I packaged them up, tango the post office and asked the clerk to scan them immediately which she did. When we didn’t receive the shoes a few days later, I called again and was told the replacement pair was never shipped. But this customer service agent promised he would take care of it and expedite shipping and they would go out that day. Fast forward another week and still no shoes. I did however get an email today saying my credit card had been credited for the return. When I asked about the replacements pair? I was told they were out of stock. Omg apparently nobody bought they needed to contact me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (don’t really think o can use that word ) EVER

Dishonest company

I ordered an outfit in July. The tiara was broken. It took 5 calls and 6 weeks to get them to ship another one. That one was broken too. They don’t care about customer service. This company is dishonest. Stay away!
