Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have returned a few items that we received as gifts (either for poor quality, damage, or just didn't fit).

I noted store credit everytime. A couple of months go by and they don't issue store credit so I contacted them to receive credit and they were just sitting on it (didn't issue credit to gift sender and didn't send store credit either). This has happened at least 5 times with this company. Sometimes they ignore the notes on the return slip and sometimes they just do nothing but hold onto the money.

They say they are sending exchange items and weeks go by with nothing. I don't know if it is a customer service problem or the company as a whole.

Product or Service Mentioned: Chasing Fireflies Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service is rude and poor quality items.

I totally agree with the review. I had the worse experience in my life with Chasing firerflies. They are terrible
