I purchased a beautiful coat and hat for my grand daughters Christmas so I thought, Chasing Fireflies delivered a broken toy sword in the mail box!! Then when I called in their automated system did NOT recognize my phone number and it was accurately in their online system.

Their Customer service person(always get the name) apologized of course it was no longer in stock and issued a full refund with a promise of 30% off my next purchase. It's 30 days later NOW and my refund it NOT here, I called back and requested an escalated complaint to supervisor Ryan who says he is issuing the refund NOW, and it will be here in 2-3 days, I am watching like a hawk now their customer service is poor.

Their is obviously something wrong with their systems for ordering, shipping, and also refunds! Do NOT waste your time on this online shopping experience!
